Weighbridge management system

- Built the weighing lifecycle, SAP synchronization and a Windows service that reads scale indicators over TCP in three wire formats.
- Designed offline-first operation for a site where snowstorms cut the network and one weighbridge talks by radio: idempotent sync, server-side retries, a durable sync log.
- Led go-live over three on-site visits (~6 weeks). Live on 5 weighbridges since May 2026: 175K+ weighings, ~90% transferred to SAP.
IIS fleet orchestration platform
Proposed it, sole developer
- Replaced manual app-pool management on each server with phone-home agents and one web UI; built every part, CI/CD included.
- Health-gated rolling recycles, idempotent commands, four-eyes approval, SQL-lease leader election, a self-healing watchdog, 62 tests.
Container-terminal billing platform
Core developer · 7 terminals, 3 regions, ~16K invoices/month
- Built manual invoicing, a new approval-matrix service and SAP ERP and customer XML invoice integrations, all in production.
- Built operational and financial reports in DevExpress and Excel, from loading lists to revenue, sent by rule-based emails.
- Root-caused and fixed production issues, including a CDC race that lost event changes and a nested-semaphore deadlock.
Platform, reliability and security
Shared .NET framework and internal products
- Root-caused production Redis freezes across several products to a cache-invalidation echo loop in the shared framework; fixed it.
- Closed IDOR and fail-open authorization gaps (794-endpoint static audit); a build gate now blocks license keys in JS bundles.
- Built the framework's image-processing and health-check modules and NuGet pipeline; cut CI builds from ~20 to ~5 minutes.
Other projects
- Terminals: Navis N4 yard and warehouse management (75K+ work orders), a crane shift-start checklist, a radiation-scanner watchdog.
- Internal tools: main developer of the team's timesheet platform, secure external file transfer, a read-only “view as user” tool.
- Integrations and AI: SAP and Business Central integrations, LLM-based newsletter features, a Copilot Studio agent.
